Don’t worry about Leavitt and JD Vance’s rhetoric around the new 10 points plans they cooked up, condemning the one provided earlier by the Iranians. Not something serious, it was all made up preparation for the upcoming negotiations between the U.S. and Iran tomorrow in Islamabad. Iran closes Strait of Hormuz due to Israel violations of the ceasefire. Trump will be forced to prevail or pressure Israel to observe the ceasefire by force, so that he can advance with his next plans. Trump is making arrangements to withdraw the U.S. from NATO membership. Then work alongside Iran and China to toll Strait of Hormuz through perhaps, an ad hoc private arrangement. This will effectively make Iran to have considerable control, not just on Hormuz, but also on significant oil and gas resources of the Gulf States. This will be required as a leverage for Iran to compensate for all the destruction caused to them as a result of the war. Natanyahu was so angry at the ceasefire terms because Trump didn’t even consult his Israeli partners before accepting the terms of the temporary two weeks truce.

Trump simply capitulated and surrendered. His team lobbied extensively through China to get involved. China deployed Pakistan to help him mediate. Trump never expected this war to last more than one week. He was overtaken by the shear capacity and capabilities of Iranian forces. He has been looking for a way out of this war for the past three weeks, ranting like a 7 year old toddler. Now China, through Pakistan, came to his rescue. He’ll definitely pay China back at his meeting scheduled for the 14th. Would Israel agree to this ceasefire deal? Including covering for Lebanon and all Iranian allies in the region as stipulated on point 3 of the agreement? How would Natanyahu and his hardline team react to this? That is why I believe, it could be a ceasefire between Iran and the U.S., but much more need to be anticipated from the Israeli angle. Just this night, large number of planes have been taking off from central Israel, what for? Trump successfully, hopefully, saved himself the damages, albeit, temporarily, but as to Natanyahu?
