I am learning more about speech conditions everyday 🗣️ The brain 🧠 is very complex. Apraxia,Verbal Dyspraxia, Aphasia, Ataxia, Dysarthria, all effect the speech & can be brought on unexplainably as in my case, or from birth, or trauma from a stroke. This film is worth a watch & is streaming from this Friday.

Myself and @CiaraBoothSLT are completing a student project on placement and are interested to know whether any NHS trusts routinely screen patients post brain tumour surgery for communication and swallowing needs? (or have any trusts done this in the past?)
