.@cinchuk Disappointed with my 74 plate Kona.Delivered with permanent interior scratches, paint splashes on the seat & a chipped windscreen.Even found old food debris in the back.Offered a tiny £50 for permanent damage.Not the "faff-free" experience promised. #Cinch #HyundaiKona

I'm pretty sure @cinchuk wrote the book on how not to deal with customers.
After sales service level is as useful as a handbrake on a canoo!!!
Takes the car away as its broke down and cannot get any answers of what's wrong with it let alone when we may see it back 🙈
