@cinchuk Trying to buy a car off you. Got a much clearer finance quote that saves me £1500 but you are refusing the payment as it isn’t on your panel. Not very customer focused now is it. 11.4%APR from you vs 7.9% I have agreed. Bad business.

I'm pretty sure @cinchuk wrote the book on how not to deal with customers. After sales service level is as useful as a handbrake on a canoo!!! Takes the car away as its broke down and cannot get any answers of what's wrong with it let alone when we may see it back 🙈

@cinchuk you’re an absolute joke!! Car broke down November after 3 weeks of having it, your garage “fixed it”, then 2 months later the exact same problem occurs only this time it’s 3 weeks out of warranty and it’s going to cost almost £1600 to fix!!! @Ofcom @vauxhall
