@CinchHome @TravisMosby Please help With service call we placed last week! Getting the run around from your call center. If you cannot find a technician to service the refrigerator, then refund the $150 service call fee you charged for the technician not to even show up! Do the right thing!

@CinchHome I been having nonstop issues trying to get in touch with a manager for a new claim that was filed. My issue has been going on now for almost 2 weeks. I use to love this company but I don't know anymore. Can't speak to anyone in charge that can handle issues quickly .

Day 3 of no heat after my furnace quit working. @CinchHome is in no hurry as they won't let their tech provide the part but also haven't even ordered it yet themselves. How many more days do we go without heat in December in Kansas City? #badwarranty

@CinchHome HELP! I want to make you aware of my issue that has not been resolved since Oct 4th. My tenants have been wo heat for 2 and a 1/2 months. This has been by far the worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with. I would not recommend Cinch to anybody period. SCCTA4B390FB-4

NEVER EVER EVER USE SEARS HOME WARRANTY!! What a joke. Waited all day for appt scheduled from 8-5 only to be told the technician will arrive at 7:30 pm. And this is the third time they’ve been out to fix a microwave!!! Just replace it FFS!!!🤦🏼‍♀️ @Sears @CinchHome

Are you kidding me, @CinchHome ?! I've been dealing with a toilet plumbing issue, and your team keeps brushing me off, claiming it's a "second issue" that needs a separate warranty request. This is ridiculous! The problem is clearly related to the original issue.
