Huge TY to @TXBaseballRanch for an outstanding UPBC. Even through this pandemic they did a phenomenal job. I spent the last two hours on my flight reviewing. Huge takeaways: Humility, passion, empathy, mindset and movement. Let’s get to work!

Followed it up with a few throws at low effort trying to explore that range of motion. Pretty crazy result.

After combing through @proplayai data we know Shoulder Horizontal Abduction is one of the highest correlations to ball velocity, so how do we train it? Spent this AM exploring the answer to that question with @drtylerdobos. Here we’re experimenting with ShHAB PAILs/RAILs.
