@cineworld Hi, any update on the air con issues at Broad Street? Notice has been on there since before the first heatwave last month. Same issue from last summer as well. Pretty pointless having air con if doesn’t actually work when it’s most needed.

@CineJ12 Our air conditioning is experiencing technical issues at our Broad Street cinema, so temperatures may be warmer than usual during hot weather. Please do speak to a member of the team during your visit if you do have any issues 🎬

@ODEONHelp is air con working at broadway plaza in all of the screens, remember last year it was boiling in the Dolby screen

@cineworld Why was it requested? And by who? Been with Cineworld since 2018, never have I heard of a showing being requested to be cancelled out of the blue, unless there was a screen issue which there is not

@cineworld Hi, my ticket for the Christophers at 17:10 at Broad street is still showing up in the app but the showing doesn’t appear bookable now. Can you confirm this is still going ahead?

@cineworld @cineworld Can you tell why this is? The showing starting at 12:30 today has gone ahead and all the showings this weekend and the rest of next week are still all going ahead. All of the showings are in the same screen throughout the next week so can’t be a screen issue

@ODEONHelp Hi, I currently have four films booked with limitless. Space Jam, Normal, Obsession and Top Gun: Maverick Space Jam is listed as not counting towards the 4 booking limit so why am I unable to book anything else? I thought this problem would be fixed by now!

@cineworld Will broad Street be getting Laser Projection By BARCO installed in its screens soon? Wolverhampton have got them now but nothing for Birmingham itself. Would make it more competitive with the Odeon Luxe nearby too
