Trump is proposing using the $1.7 billion fund to “compensate“ anyone the Biden administration “went after” -- in other words, more payoffs for criminals, including Jan. 6 defendants.   This is shocking corruption, using taxpayer dollars with essentially no oversight. Under the terms of the potential settlement agreement, Trump would have the authority to remove members of the award commission running the fund without cause, and the commission would be under no obligation to disclose its procedures or decision-making process for awarding more than a billion dollars!!!
