@hubermanlab @hubermanlab Quick question. In your recent podcast you've recommended the intake of caffeine straight after a learning bout. However, if studying in the afternoon and have caffeine, it will obviously affect your sleep at night. Do you have an alternative solution on that please?

A wealth of data indicate that deliberate neuroplasticity (your brain’s ability change in response to specific intended experiences): 1) requires focus during learning 2) actual rewiring occurs in sleep 3) is accelerated by increasing adrenaline immediately POST learning
