Well. @RyanHXBT was involved in a sophisticated attack on many communities, buying assets to pretend to be a part of the communities. The $PEPESPINNER rug he was involved in stole 40 ETH from people. He claims it wasn't him, but on-chain data shows 12E of the funds IN HIS WALLET. He is refusing to do partial reimbursements and is instead, launching a token with 12 ETH of stolen money from victims, and doing "buybacks he will airdrop.
