New Futures held its Community Breakfast, bringing together partners to reflect on a year of progress. In his speech, New Futures CEO Dr. Sherrod Williams acknowledged the organization's partnership with CityWorks DC, most especially through their involvement in DC Builds DC.

Through DC Builds DC, CityWorks DC supported a day-in-the-life session at @YouthBuildPCS where professionals from @DAVISbuilds shared construction career pathways. These sessions help students see what careers in the industry can look like and how to pursue them.
