@HexLand @GabePunished It is sexual in nature. Dude's doorbeetle books have him talking about finding little boys' puffy nipples exciting. I don't begrudge people for liking MiA because it does have stuff to it. The dude can write. But he is into that stuff.

Made in Abyss fans are split over PROJECT ReMiA, a fan-made edited version of the manga This makes small changes to some drawings and words to reduce or remove sexual content with young-looking characters while keeping the main story and all key plot parts exactly the same. The team has released the first four volumes and calls it a helpful option for readers who enjoy the story and the scary feeling but want to skip certain uncomfortable parts. The creators say it is not a replacement for the original manga and urge people to buy the official books. Supporters think the changes are a kind way to let more people enjoy and share the series without crossing their personal limits. Critics say changing the work shows disrespect to creator Akihito Tsukushi’s original vision because those parts are important to the themes of vulnerability and the dark power of the Abyss.

@inud0ki @Mason__Verger @IncroyableSauce Nah, his doorbeetle books spell it out. He even talks about boys having hard nipples exciting him. It's kinda blatant. Someone alerted me to them, and I took a look. It's not wholesome.

Beat NITRO GEN OMEGA last night. Full playthrough was 20ish hours with a good chunk of sidequests done. Good game for its price. If you're looking for a neat turn-based mecha game with some light RPG elements, then look into this game.

@YamzArias @xadeua @M1das_OW2 This is untrue. Macht is shown to defy much of the stereotype. He doesn't lie, shows frustration in his internal monologue, and is treated with pity when he dies. Frieren herself says she respects his desire for coexistence.

@xadeua @M1das_OW2 But the show does explain that the only reason they feel fit to “show emotions and complex human thoughts” is purely to trick and kill humans. To them that’s surviving they aren’t as emotionally deep as humans
