Imagine using @verynetwork to order my son’s iPad back on 22nd February. It’s for his birthday! Called twice to make sure it’s coming. Awful customer service, who said it’s going to be here today for my son’s birthday! I’m chasing this still today! What an absolute joke!

@verynetwork how can we get a refund for a hisense oven with a manufacturing fault. We have spent months trying to get this sorted. The oven has been returned but we are being quoted 28 days now. It was 14 before. This is an unacceptable customer service

@verynetwork I purchased a DJI osmo pocket 3 creator combo camera. I paid £498.Now when I look it has now been decreased to £447 if I use a discount code. I only got the camera today and I haven’t opened it. Can you not refund the difference so I don’t go through the hassle.
