I even had supervisors review it and confirm I completed the correct amount of batches tor the promo. Now they’re saying it’s a “stuck batch” but still haven’t paid me its been almost a week! Should I sue them? let me know what you think! @Instacart @InstacartHelp







This is how @Instacart treats its Diamond shoppers. 3 days of being ignored. No answers. No resolution. Still unable to work properly. @InstacartHelp @fidjissimo — is this the support we’re supposed to rely on?

@Instacart @InstacartHelp I followed the instructions on how to edit and remove items on an order placed and the edit didn’t update successfully as proven by the agent I spoke to. Had to call. She said there would be a recalculating charge. Not fair.



@Instacart @InstacartHelp Update: I’m currently in contact with @InstacartHelp. Appreciate the quick response here after trying to get help for several days, I should have posted on here sooner—will keep you posted on whether this gets resolved and payment is issued.



@walmarthelp How can I speak to someone regarding your @Instacart return policy? I was denied an even exchange despite having the Instacart receipt. The item is under $5 and I don't even want cash back! I just want to exchange the item for another flavor! @Walmart
