Big thanks to @SpiritAirlines for ruining my weekend in South Carolina Wednesday & keeping us at Logan Airport until 1 a.m. yesterday with no proper compensation for our time!






Two hours before departure and @SpiritAirlines cancels my flight. Last-minute chaos, zero respect for passengers’ time, and another reason people have lost confidence in this airline. Customers deserve better than this operational mess. @SecDuffy @FAANews
