@RoyalMail How is it possible to not know where an item is on a tracked service from Northern Ireland to Ireland. Paid £50 and was advised it was 3 days ..over a week later no update ...#not good enough

@virginmedia. no Internet Monday morning at 2 am.contacted you yesterday and was told there was someone in the area working on it today and I would be contacted. no one has contacted me and now I'm been told 29th July till its sorted
@talktoBOI@bankofireland@AskAIB yes the business online team was contacted and they said they couldn't provide any information we would have to wait for the money to be returned. basically no one could tell us what was happening if we needed to make the trf again and when to expect the return

@ThorntonsRec how can I manage to get my business bins collected. its 4weeks now. we ring daily and are told it will be after 7am . then apparently they come at 4am (debatable as they aren't on camera) all we need is our bins collected

@TescoIrl thanks it is a bit stupid when people are on the road and stop for a snack and can't purchase as you don't provide disposable cutlery to eat the food with. I had to take my business elsewhere to somewhere that provides disposable cutlery to eat the food with

@TescoIrl you sell a meal deal of pasta. drink and snack but don't have disposable cutlery to eat the meal deal with . are we supposed to eat it with our hands. as for customer service we'll that was non existent
