- Four of their best six performances came away from Mackey.
- Five of their worst six performances occurred at home.

The Purdue is struggling at home narrative is WAY overblown and honestly just untrue. The are 12-3 at home. Their losses are to the number 2, 4, and 8 teams on Kenpom. Would you like to win those? Disagree, BO6 got super boring because ranked came out right away. Having it come out a few months later, gives the game an extra boost for people to come back. Don’t get me wrong, I hate it cause pubs gets boring too, but ranked coming out will bring a resurgence of players

This isn’t even that wild, if they get last at Major 1 it is definitely a conversation, about dropping Abezy.
People were saying Pred would never be dropped from Optic, a bad team performance can make you consider it.

@JakeHaleee It was sort of well known, the Optic players did not enjoy playing with Ghosty, Thieves, I just think it was a down year for Ghosty cause he tried to take a step back and let Scrap and Hydra do their thing and it hurt him and made him very inconsistent

I’m sure Ben knows more on team dynamics than I do but Ghosty got dropped from an OpTic team where the other AR was Dashy, and a Thieves where the other AR was Scrap.
The teams NEEDED changes and he was paired with near-undroppable superstars.
