@DavidWard126 Please can we have a useful update now, power has been out for hours already and this is a regular weekend problem. The CP Team should be so well versed with this area now, that an investigation into the issue, should be simple and resolved fairly quickly.

@CityPowerJhb Randpark ridge block 16 just went out, is that because we are now block 8 and they are doing maintenance on block 8 today?! We had “MAINTENANCE” last week Tuesday! And you never informed us we were moved from block 16 to block 8!!!!!

@CityPowerJhb Your apologies are meaningless as this is a daily occurrence. At this stage your team should be living in walking distance of the substation. Loadshedding starts again in a few hours, it feels like this area is on stage 8/10 loadshedding.

@DavidWard126 David this is not acceptable, we never get an ETR because we never even know if they are really on site, or just like saying that. There must be other ways for you to confirm the truth and surely with the constant power issues by now they have an idea of an ETR.
