$HMBL On Christmas Eve, @humblceo officially resigned from HUMBL and appointed @EuThiago_Moura Thiago Moura as the new President and CEO. DEF14C was also filed today and the asset purchase agreement will not go into effect until January 15th, 2025. This marks the end of an era.
