It has now been over two weeks since Paige, Deyanna and Chris Ostroushko violently attacked me and all three are still free.
Paige is on camera punching and tackling me.
Deyanna admitted to assaulting me.
Chris is on camera slamming me to the ground.
Yet all three are still free. Painting themselves as the victims and gloating about how they haven’t been arrested yet.

UPDATE: Chris Ostroushko says that the backlash his family has been receiving for their actions last weekend has been “overwhelming” and “nonstop”
He’s now “second guessing” living in the United States, because he’s unhappy with how negatively the public has reacted to him assaulting a woman on camera.
He is in complete disbelief, stating that, "I've never had anything like this happen in my life".
Chris and Deyanna have been going on a press tour continuing to assert that they are the real victims, despite millions watching the footage of them instigating everything.
There is also a GoFundMe for them, where they are currently trying to raise $8k, stating that they’ve lost their jobs and, “are facing one of the most overwhelming and life-altering moments they have ever experienced”.
The family has still taken zero accountability for any of the violence they committed and are in complete shock that they are facing consequences for their actions.
Last week Chris also did an interview where he lied, stating that his family is “absolutely not violent" and that all he did was "stay back and watch" everything, despite being on camera shoving me multiple times.

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. Gavin Newsom's California is advancing legislation to effectively BAN any more Nick Shirley-style fraud bombshell stories in the state
Up to $10K FINE for simply posting photos or video, plus a TAKEDOWN order or imprisonment
"Say a nonprofit gets millions for free immigrant housing...under this bill, journalists can be STOPPED from finding it through public records!"
So one guy @nickshirleyy with a camera causes this much PANIC. Unbelievable.

🚨JUST IN: The Michigan man charged with manslaughter for fatally shooting one of the “teens” he caught breaking into his garage has been bound over for trial
This is INSANE... his property had been broken into twice before this incident, and police IGNORED HIM AND TOLD HIM TO GET BETTER SECURITY
Now Judge Kelly Kostin said Dayton Knapton, 24, put himself in the situation despite prior break-ins at his property
She said his self-defense argument “becomes more difficult” after reviewing security video
Knapton is charged with manslaughter, assault with intent to murder, and weapons offenses after a shooting that killed a 17-year-old and injured another
Police say he saw several people entering his garage on camera, went outside, and opened fire as they were leaving
The garage had been broken into at least twice before, and Knapton had been told after the second break-in to “beef up” his security

🚨 JUST IN: California Democrat lawmakers just voted to MOVE FORWARD with the Stop Nick Shirley Act because they are terrified of fraud
They want to CRIMINALIZE investigative journalism against fraud. They're PANICKING!
Rep Carl DeMaio: "That would basically ban Nick Shirley from posting videos exposing fraud in California. AB 6218.19 prohibits an individual from posting a video online if the fraud organization says you can't do that!"
"The fraud organization can then, quote, seek injunctive and declaratory relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. We have got to stop this bill. And I just gave the state assembly members the chance to strike the bill from the record, which basically would kill the bill."
"Democrats in the state assembly voted to keep and protect her bill and advance it on!" @nickshirleyy

@JamesHartline Their lawless behavior needs to be shut down - jobless (if they have one), prison, fines make it stop

BREAKING NEWS ALERT: The anti-ICE thugs who brutally assaulted and impeded the Constitutional rights of Turning Point USA reporter Savannah Hernandez during an anti-ICE protest at the Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis have been arrested. Savannah Hernandez was covering the protest.
Hernandez was swarmed by people screaming obscenities, blowing horns and whistles in her ears and repeatedly shoving her to the ground and breaking her glasses.
The incident was captured on video.
The Hennepin County Sheriff have arrested three people.
Paige Ostroushko was arrested for disorderly conduct and her father, Chris Ostroushko, was arrested for obstruction with force. Her boyfriend was also taken into custody.
Lorenzo Amadeo Garcia, 20, of St. Cloud, was arrested out at Whipple yesterday during the anti-ICE protest on probable cause of obstructing the legal process. Paige Ostroushko, who was captured on camera assaulting TPUSA reporter Savanah Hernandez, said in a subsequent video that Garcia is her boyfriend.
Videos from the scene showed Garcia obstructing deputies as they tried to detain Paige Ostroushko for questioning following the assault.
ICYMI: The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office indicated they will submit three people for charges in connection to the assault on Hernandez, and indicated Garcia will be charged with "GM obstruction with force" against a deputy.
Garcia was released from custody this morning "pending complaint."
The sheriff submitted charges to the county attorney, who said the cases were submitted Monday and are now under review for potential charging.
“I’ve never asked for security when conducting point-and-shoot journalism, because I’ve always had some semblance of hope that I still live in a safe country,” Hernandez said on X. “However, after Saturday, TPUSA ensured that I will have new security protocols moving forward due to the violent nature of the left-wing.”
Harmeet Dillon, assistant attorney general of civil rights at the Justice Department, confirmed on X that the FBI has opened an investigation.
“The FBI is aware of the incident that occurred at the Whipple Building. Out of respect for the ongoing investigation, we will refrain from commenting or providing additional information at this time,” the FBI said in a statement. @Savsays

Crazy angle of Savanah getting assaulted
We have to understand how much harms way she’s put herself in on this and in the California ballot investigation.
She’ll be guest hosting my show "ON THE INSIDE", next Tuesday at 1:00pm EST.

I was just brutally assaulted by multiple people outside of the Whipple ICE facility in Minneapolis. Multiple people swung on me and a grown man pushed me to the ground. My glasses are broken. ANTIFA still alive and well. I’m talking with police about pressing charges.
