𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧, 𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗔? Temba, I have hours of recordings of you insulting the President, First Lady, First Family, Kuda and other government officials, while asking me to stop fighting sanctions and to allow ZANU PF to fall so that we form the New Generation consensus sponsored by some millionaires and billionaires in the country. Just recently, I released one recording of you insulting and calling the President, First Lady, First Family, Kuda, and Guvamatanga names. Do you want me to release more recordings of our meetings in Sandton? The difference between you and me is that what I said was said publicly, and I apologized for it. I have no hidden record of backbiting the President. Additionally, I add value to the President and his country. But you have not apologized for all the evil things you said about the President or about the Israelis you claimed were working against the President with Chamisa. So, if you have not been arrested for the insults in the voice recordings I released, and they have not taken your cars, farm, and house, then why should my car be taken when I apologized? Clearly, the President is very forgiving to have forgiven what you said. Takati let’s reconcile but you don’t want. Ramba uchitaura, ndichakufumura, especially the recordings from Sandton. You have been a big liability to the President, while I have been a value adder despite my mistake. If I were you, I would be careful about throwing stones while living in a glass house because I can also open many cases against you for the treasonous things and contraventions of the Patriotic Act that you undertook. Garapasi, muzukuru!!!

Go go Commander! That's the spirit. This is the kind of youth that we want. Always ready to protect the leader of the party and the nation. Some of these moneybags don't know the party and have failed to heed the warning of the President that party hayiiswe muhomwe. It's high time that the Youth as the party vanguard vigilantly stood up against these individuals slowly poisoning the party system. Vanga vajaira and as youth you should take action kuvasumudza. Havaterere. Well done! Some of the bureaucrats within the Gvt system should also be scrutinized as they have been paid large sums. We have the list and will release it. This also extends to the likes of Rutendo who publicly disparaged the President as having dementia, all just to bring despondency within the country and party. You can't flippantly accuse the President of being the biggest gold smuggler, throw such wild accusations because you have been paid and then somersault to say I'm sorry. You don't escape that easily after such mercenary behaviour. We are preparing serious lawsuits and reporting to the police. We allowed him room to show the full display of his recklessness and retribution for such beckons. People should know that you don't craft such dramas in private, play them in public, pay each other and think it will just blow away. We won't allow such nonsense as a people and even sevaera Shumba vana mkoma akatukwa. We won't forget, neither will we forgive!

Time has cemented Chipanga's renowned apolo-jersey moment as a testament to unwavering loyalty, exemplifying the qualities one seeks in a leader. Loyalty all the way. In contrast, President ED is surrounded by many individuals hovering for opportunities and yet lack the courage to defend him. Minister Machakaire leading the Youth League, has allowed it to transform into a passive and ineffectual participant in party affairs. Yet, the Youth and Women's Leagues, ought to serve as the party’s vanguard. Today they have become mere numerals within the complex hierarchy of ZANU PF power dynamics. Machakaire and the Youth should have led the line defending when ED was being attacked yet they never did. When VP Chiwenga openly threatened the stability of the party Machakaire utterly failed to mobilise a solidarity stand with the One Centre of Power betraying his compromised state. His days should be numbered, taneta nevanhu vanoda kudya chete. They never made a statement when the VP clearly went against a clear party resolution on 2030. That was an act that brought the party into disrepute. Instead, all Machakaire does is talk about how he made his money nekupfeka masuit. Even if the VP is his brother, as he tells people, he is also Sekuru vangu but when one goes the wrong way, we still tell them the truth kuti apa Sekuru marasika. We do our part kuita zvigrader zvekutaura chokwadi kuti musha una Baba one. It had to take the likes of Cde Lovemore Matuke and Oppah Muchinguru to stand up against the path which the VP had taken. Now some of us are accused of being paid to say things but it's false, we just respect the One Centre of Power in the party. Imi makanyarara ndimi mukurikutodya mari yacho! We are tired of people who sit on the fence waiting to jump on the winning side. Leadership isn't about suits and flying in a helicopter. What are you teaching youths by flying around in a helicopter failing to link and relate with them? Leadership is about action on the ground, making a difference within your area of control. Come down to the youths, interact with them, get to understand their challenges and offer solutions. As it is drugs are ravaging them and there isn't much being done. In terms of employment creation he has failed. Some who had land they lost it to corrupt cabals. In all these he has failed to come up with any substantial initiative. Kana pane zvatiri kunamatira mumusangano kuti vamwe ngavabude pazvigaro. Ngazvichinjwe, mawanda mbwende!

The $25m is over a five year period and not annually. that means its only $5m per year. In comparison, for the 2025 fiscal year, $785M was invested in healthcare. That's less than 1%. So let's not rush to say @edmnangagwa has misplaced priorities without presenting all the facts. Such omissions by a seasoned lawyer such as yourself show a clear intent of mischief.

This is the cup that our health sector is playing for whilst footballers are playing in a USD$25 million competition. USD$25 million runs Parirenyatwa, Mpilo and Harare hospitals optimally for a full year. Don’t get me wrong, footballers must be paid but ED has his priorities totally wrong. If footballers get injured, they cannot even get assistance from the top referral hospitals. Why is ED averse to taking decisions that promote the common good? Does he hate us for not voting for him in two elections?

@ProfJNMoyo I think this is the part you are getting it all wrong. The starting point of any electoral system based on universal adult suffrage is CENSUS. The counting of citizens. The next part is to reflect the electoral representation by way of seats. Next is delimitation exercise. Once delimitation exercise fail, you cannot talk of election cycle, more particular with proposal of MP voting for president

WHAT IS AN ELECTION CYCLE? An election cycle, sometimes called an "electoral cycle," is a well-established concept in electoral practice, which is all too familiar to students of electoral politics and electoral law. All countries, be they constitutional democracies, parliamentary systems or absolute monarchies have election cycles of one sort or another. At its core, the concept of election cycle defines the disciplined continuum: a structured and demarcated period emblematic of the preparation, conduct and aftermath of elections; often viewed as a continuous process rather than isolated events. Typically, an election cycle begins the day after the previous general election for a given office and runs through the date of the next general election for that same office—whose end is marked by the assumption of office by the elected officer. As such, an election cycle forges an unbroken chain of accountability that no government can escape. In Zimbabwe, the election cycle is the five-year period which expresses the Constitution’s harmonised election triad of “term or length of Office of President” (section 95); “Duration or life Parliament” (section 143); and the “Timing of Elections” (section 158); as read with section 38 of the Electoral Act on “General, presidential and local authority elections”. This triad defies the country’s election cycle, measures leadership, tests legitimacy and renews the social contract. Constitution of Zimbabwe (Amendment No. 3) Bill, 2026 seeks, inter alia, to lengthen the county's election cycle from five to seven years. It's a Sabbath initiative!

Ziyambi ignores the clear wording of section 328 of the Constitution - a referendum is required whenever THE EFFECT of any change is to extend an incumbent's time in office. It doesn't matter how one couches this - the sole enquiry is whether an incumbent will spend more time in office. If he will then a referendum must follow. But another non legal question arises. If ZANU PF is so confident that this move enjoys overwhelming national support then why not demonstrate that through a referendum?
ZBC News@ZBCNewsonline

Government has clarified that proposed amendments relating to presidential and Parliamentary term limits do not require a referendum, but must secure a two-thirds majority vote in Parliament to pass. Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Ziyambi Ziyambi said the legislative changes will follow Constitutional procedures set out for such amendments.

The EU has FULLY removed all sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe. In an announcement made today, they confirmed the LIFTING of all sanctions on Zimbabwe. However, Zimbabwe is still banned from buying weapons from EU countries. It’s important to note that it is Chamisa, Biti, Tsvangirai, @DavidColtart & other opposition sellouts who begged for sanctions to be imposed on Zimbabwe.

In 2000, a New Constitution was introduced which was gonna give the government of Zimbabwe power to implement Land Reform. The PUPPET OPPOSITION & some naive ZANU PF folks were all out campaigning to reject the Constitution. The govt lost the Referendum. Most of the people who VOTED NO didn’t have any idea what the Constitution was gonna bring… They just listened to Opposition Lawyers who were fighting for the interests of Western powers. If anything, the 2000 Referendum is a classic example of how referendums may produce dumb results.. in the case of Zimbabwe, it’s a reminder that there are CAREER OPPOSERS who will oppose EVERYTHING initiated by the govt….

The PROPOSED changes to the Constitution are good for ZANU PF, they are also good for Zimbabwe. Here is why: 1. For ZANU PF, & any other political party, the President no longer has to worry about his own presidential campaign, focus will be on ensuring the party gets a parliamentary majority. 2. For the opposition, there won’t be arrogant & selfish leaders like Chamisa who only cared about his campaign, he will be more interested in winning MPs. 3. For Zimbabwe, the culture of “disputing” elections will end. Over the years, we NEVER saw anyone disputing Parliamentary Elections, they only disputed the Presidential Results…. That culture & the toxicity it brings will end. 4. For MPs, this will give more power & relevance. Being an MP will now carry more weight. 5. For ordinary Zimbabweans, the power to elect the President is still there. If you don’t want a President for a certain party u can simply refuse to vote for the party’s MP candidate. 6. For Zimbabwe, the elections will cost less… it means less money spent on elections… 7. There is NOTHING immoral or illegal or UNCONSTITUTIONAL here, the same system is used in Britain, in the United States, & in South Africa. Presidents/Prime Ministers aren’t directly elected. In the UK & SA, it’s done by MPs. In America, it’s the Electoral College Voters. 8. We have @LynneStactia & @mawarirej insinuating that the move is about FACTIONAL POLITICS, that’s ridiculous. Whoever becomes the President of ZANU PF will enjoy the benefits of the system. If it’s a bad system, whoever becomes the President suffers the consequences. This system has nothing to do with PARTY POLITICS, it’s for NATIONAL POLITICS. ZANU PF still has its constitution & its own processes for choosing a President. 9. Parliament, as it stands, has power to remove a DIRECTLY ELECTED President through impeachment. Giving parliament the power to elect the President can’t be seen as undemocratic or disastrous, it’s a VERY RATIONAL approach already in use in the OLDEST democracies. We haven’t seen any rational argument against the proposals, all we see are people screaming “Unconstitutional” … “mutilating the constitution” … etc. 10. The 2013 Constitution came about because the previous constitution was being changed. That’s why the 2013 Constitution is referred to as a 20th Amendment. Why then do we have people who think the 2013 Constitution shouldn’t be amended? For what reason?

Paul Tungwarara was appointed Special Presidential Investment Adviser to the United Arab Emirates, reporting to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Prof. Amon Murwira. Not Special advisor in organising rallies and bad mouthing party members. When exactly does he advise the President on investment opportunities if he is constantly moving from town to town holding rallies and distributing cash? Investment advisory work requires strategy, engagement, and results, not perpetual sloganeering and running his mouth. Who sent you??

There is a clear difference between ZANU PF and the state of Zimbabwe. ZANU PF has its own affairs and its own financial resources. These initiatives belong to the party. Whether ZANU PF chooses to spend its money on vehicles or any other projects, it is using its own funds. It is misguided to expect a political party to carry out government or state projects. ZANU PF runs successful fundraising activities, supported by wealthy and accomplished individuals who contribute millions to the party. Do not be misinformed into thinking that when ZANU PF purchases vehicles for its members, it is using state funds. These vehicles are used for various purposes, including developmental work within the party’s structures. Much of what is being said confuses the responsibilities of ZANU PF with those of the government. President Mnangagwa serves both as the party’s First Secretary and as the President of Zimbabwe, but these are two separate roles with different mandates.

In Zimbabwe, opposition Cashvists get rewarded with scholarships in Europe & the US… for being anti-Zimbabwe Cashvists, Western Embassies facilitate FAKE Awards & get them on educational scholarships in Europe… U never hear @advocatemahere complaining… But if @wicknellchivayo rewards ZANU PF supporters who are patriotic & promote brand Zimbabwe, they scream 24/7… Wicknell Chivayo is doing what should have been done LONG BACK: Rewarding Zimbabweans who are patriotic and those who promote Zimbabwe… Western Embassies enticed many to hate Zimbabwe…. Most of the cashvist loudmouths became quiet & rational after being given scholarships in Europe, all along they were making noise just to get the attention of donors who dish out freebies to anti-Zimbabwe Cashvists

As a man, I have to admit, women’s lives are way harder than ours. Beauty deadlines, periods, hormones, relationship stress, work, home duties, tv shows—it’s nonstop. Meanwhile, most men coast through life focusing on work, financial pressure, depression, biased judicial system, judged by status, height, finances, zero support system, women's feelings, wants & needs Maybe it’s time we stop whining about our “struggles” & admit women have it way worse
