@CityofCT the electricity for our business premises (which employees 75 people) has been off for 48 hours and the best you can do is say “we escalating it” over and over again. Not good enough. Not a city that works for you or the businesses, that employee capetonians. @Our_DA ?
@CliffSA Hi Clifford, please provide us with your email address and number, so we can escalate the matter. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
@GarminSA The courier company confirmed delivery of my watch to you last Wednesday. After 2 emails & 2 phone calls (where I was on hold for over 25min) there has been no feedback? Please confirm you have received it and what the problem is?
@Discovery_SA It has been a week… and no feedback. Called 3 times and each time someone says they will investigate and get back to me… but still nothing. Tried to make a purchase on @TAKEALOT , order didn’t go through, but my discovery miles were still deducted? What must I do?
@CityofCT Shocking service. Trying to get a rates clearance cert for over 2 months. When we did receive it there was a mistake, now we wait again, no prioritizing. Jeopardizing transfer of another property due to the delay. Why vote @Our_DA if this is what we get??
@CityofCT A city that works for you?? Definitely not...after paying scrutiny fees in March we still have no feedback. I have been told it should take 2 weeks after this point...we now on our 4th month and incurring penalty levies. Thanks. @Our_DA that was my last vote for you!!
@CityofCT Our ref number is 70447689. Last contact was with Ryan Cottle. Who is a district building control officer at Plumstead. We trying to get approval for a new build.
@capetownint not hard to put a sign up in the airport saying you can’t pay for parking with a credit card. Would save your customers queuing, time and the irritation... just with 1 sign 😳.
