Climate Week 2-2025 (CW2) starts tomorrow from September 1 to 6 under the theme of the "Turning Ambitions into Action" at Addis International Convention Center (AICC) where leaders, innovators, policymakers, representatives of the local & indigenous people will gather in Addis Ababa that will play a key role intranslating global climate decisions into concrete actions on the ground. This pivotal week is the gateway to the Second Africa Climate Summit (ACS2), where the theme is “Accelerating Global Climate Solutions: Financing for Africa's Resilient and Green Development”. Climate Mitigation vs. Climate Adaptation: What's the Difference of the two terms? As climate challenges intensify, two terms often dominate the conversation 🫵🏾 Mitigation and Adaptation. While interconnected, they represent distinct strategies in tackling climate change: 🫵🏾Climate Mitigation. Focus: Address the cause of climate change.
