The tribute album to the great Tex-Mex musician (and San Antonion native) Doug Sahm was conceived by Son Volt's frontman Jay Farrar who listened to Sahm's music during the COVID-19 pandemic. The album has received positive reviews from music critics. Here's a cover of Doug's "Beautiful Texas Sunshine."

The TSA guy said they got new machines and they are a little slower but they can tell the difference between a candle and a stick of C4 and I’m shocked that we weren’t able to do that before and nothing ever happened.
