@ATT Speaking as a director of operations in a company myself, why do I pay you an exorbitant amount of money if your reps on the phone and trade in programs can’t uphold basic SLAs.

@ATT every time I do a trade in and send a device in, ATT screws it up and charge me a Non-returned device fee, then I have to sit on hold for 30-90 mins. ATT has done this every single time. What I want to do is file an FCC complaint and switch providers. On the phone now AGAIN!
