I’m a Patron of @IBDireland & I’m proud to support their work on #WorldIBDDay. I’ve had Crohn’s since 1990 and I know how important access to diagnostics, specialist nurses & other services are for me and the 40,000 people in Ireland who are living with IBD. We must do better.

Spending the afternoon highlighting parts of this document showing the shortfalls of IBD care in Northern Ireland. It makes for incredibly disappointing reading. It’s a service still falling short, 20 years after I first highlighted its shortfalls to a health minister.
