@pahtll @Herotherogue Usually I will eventually press all of my important rotational abilities but it got to a point that I just wanted to see how far it would go. 100%.
English

@Herotherogue @CloopaWoW But his rotational choices were WAY SUBOPTIMAL. Like he has blade rush off cd, he sent all of bte on 5cp. So with all this we are kinda understand why the damage is above mid instead of giga-blasting with that procs. Op said the only intention he has is to check how’s luck rollin
English

@CloopaWoW blade rush not on cd and pressing bte at 5 cp what are you doing man

@CloopaWoW There is one transferrable skill though, atleast from high end wow.
Reaction times.

@jpatrick92 He’s probably a main FPS player who can get away with haven’t talented mechanics to get by for the most part. And went into PvP with the premise that it’s pure mechanics and just got knowledge gapped
English

@CloopaWoW I think the guy that is asking that question is projecting. He sees himself as a skilled gamer, so when he gets stomped in PVP he starts making excuses and moving the goalposts.
English

@RagingAcs I think WoW PVP doesn’t have ANY transferable skills MECHANICALLY but great core game sense aspects.
English

@CloopaWoW Also he is asking about game sense and aim?
I know many wow friends who are insanely good at fps games, also wow needs a lot more gamesense than pure pvp games to be really good.
Even someone of the big streamers in other genres were former wow players.

I believe World of Warcraft PvP offers one of the most unique and intellectually demanding competitive experiences in gaming. Success at a high level isn’t built on raw mechanics alone, it’s built on game sense, adaptation, and an almost obsessive understanding of the game’s endless layers of interaction. Every mechanical decision is backed by knowledge: knowing matchups, recognizing win conditions, tracking cooldowns, understanding positioning, reading enemy intent, and adjusting strategies in real time. You don’t see players reach the highest levels of arena purely because they can press buttons quickly or aim precisely; they get there because they understand the game on a deeper level than everyone else. The sheer amount of interactions you need to study, the countless class combinations you need to prepare for, and the number of split-second strategic decisions you’re forced to make creates a competitive environment unlike anything I’ve found in games like VALORANT, Counter-Strike 2, Fortnite, League of Legends, or even Deadlock. Some people view WoW Arena as rock-paper-scissors, but I’ve never believed that. I believe that when mechanics are paired with elite game sense, preparation, and adaptation, the better player wins.

@yo_jaydee Ok anyone BUT Jared. Lou Dort and Shai would be great though.

wrote this up in 5 minutes, probably missing some things but its a start. shaman possess nothing unique anymore, have the worst cds, mid healing, no offensive presence.

My thoughts on Healer Balance atm in World of Warcraft Arena PvP and what could change for the game to become more enjoyable. Feel free to let me know in the comments what you agree/disagree on or if I forgot things. Thanks for reading @Warcraft @WarcraftDevs
