So on #DataPrivacyDay I had @CloseBrothersPF telling me to email them a photo of my driving licence for my car insurance. Stop being tightarses and set up a secure portal, rather than expecting your customers the risk of getting their personal data stolen.

Coming to Twitter to rant, can I just say never get insurance out with @PolicyExpert and @CloseBrothersPF !!!!!!! I have had 4 issues with them over the past year if not more with payments where they can’t seem to communicate with each-other , claim they’ve ‘randomly taken money
