@shmigel@JewelTopsfield Hi Pete, Simply Cups Australia now has near 1,000 locations collecting coffee cups for recycling. It's a paid collection service, so wasn't sure what you meant about voluntary support, as we don't rely on volunteers.
QLD Department of Environment (400 George St) know how to separate their waste. They installed Simply Cups collection tubes a few months ago and have already diverted over 9,000+ coffee cups from landfill. #simplycups
Simply Cups Australia is now available at The Kitchen, Woolworths, Double Bay. The Kitchen is a new concept store with a focus on sustainable initiatives including smarter packaging and waste reduction.
Griffith University have been using Simply Cups to divert cups from landfill, and Closed Loop Organics to divert food waste from landfill to be used as nutrient rich compost in their campus gardens.

McDonald's have installed 9x upcycled Car Bumps at their new restaurant in Spring Farm, NSW. Each Car Bump diverts approximately 10 kg of plastic and 1kg of coffee cups from landfill collected by Simply Cups Australia. #upcycling#circulareconomy#waronwaste
