Dealing with a ghost billing issue on Cloudflare. I keep getting: “There is an outstanding balance on your account…” — but there’s no invoice and no actual balance. Because of this, I can’t add new domains, even though my account isn’t locked. Cloudflare support hasn’t responded. Anyone experienced this before?
