@LaFabricaSoccer Any professional should have the highest level education possible and competence and experience. Let’s stop paying any coach to coach youth until they have a license (or PE teaching education) and experience coaching at GR. Apprenticeships next to volunteer role and a mentor

Quick questions. When did Bill Bellichek get his pro license? Did Nick Saban have to get his before he went to the NFL? Does Coach K have the A or pro license? Anyone know the process for getting the A license to be a development academy AAU basketball coach?

@ribeiromichel10 To develop creativity it must be an original thought of the player so it is vital we do not coach while the player is on the ball. Too many times it’s shoot, your in, switch it, go go go, send it in USA. Give the best part of the game to the players and observe and be surprised

Balance your coaching

I was set the task of analysing @ManCity's front 5 attackers and how they acted when in build up and into the chance creation/finishing. For this, I watched games vs @BurnleyOfficial, @ManUtd and @LCFC. If you are interested in the full 5 page report with videos, DM me + RT.

Right now kids have something no school can offer. They have time. Time to explore, play, experiment, work through their ideas, and pursue their own passions. They have time to go deeply into topics of interest and be bored by inactivity, which leads to creative ideas.
