@clubwyndham If we book Worldmark w/ club $79 pass fee called Wyndham to see if it was canceled at some point if that fee would be returned. 1st person said yes you get the credit back. Called cust svc back & this time the person says no, you do not get the money back What is it?

Disappointed with the @Sandestin Bay Club. Long time @clubwyndham owner this is the worst resort we’ve ever had. Dirty and not well maintained. Couldn’t find coffee cups in the morning - dirty in the dishwasher. We checked in last night.

@clubwyndham My wife & I have been staying for 2 weeks at Club Wyndham Royal Vista (we check out on Friday - 3/28/25). This used to be our favorite resort and they just finished remodeling the resort and it is gorgeous but that is where the pleasantries end. IT HAS BEEN MISERABLE

@clubwyndham We haven’t received any resolution on our case, despite calling about it in August 2024. We only get an email once a month, promising assistance in a couple of weeks, but nothing ever happens. This seems like a bait and switch sale to me. I would like this resolved.

@clubwyndham I was charged $110 for receiving "too many" packages. I have never been informed of such a fees. Annette was rude when I called to report it, and Gabrielanet put me on hold for 20+ mins with no response. I’ve never had such issues before. No way to contact you.
