@MattBredesen That’s not the problem. There are 10 or 11 teams in Sectional 3 that are Big 8 teams so them getting 3 is not surprising. The problem is both Middleton and Verona specifically were both deserving of a 3 seed minimum. Need to split the sectionals up with the computer formula

Three Big 8 teams advance to Sectionals. Will this Help Seeding in future years? Probably not. Not unless we bring back a human element with logic. Im in favor of computer seeding with a human appeals board. Relying only on computers and a hidden formula doesnt work.

@TravisBOUND De Pere offers a free stream for all home games. We even pick up the fee if we go to sectionals. We do have a QR code to donate to the cause as we have used the money for backboard mics and an additional camera. WIAA should this as a good thing

Schools need to start having conversations with the WIAA about postseason streaming rights fees and processes. Schools are charged to stream games from their own facilities ($150, or $200 if they have sponsors) if they don't use the WIAA's preferred platform of the NFHS Network, even if schools feel a different product is better for them or their situation (Hudl Fan, YouTube, cable access partner, student-produced stream). They shouldn't be punished for doing so. And fans shouldn't be punished by not having access to streams for high-profile playoff games that would otherwise be streamed but schools don't want to pay to do it. #wisbb #wisgb
