@ClubsHereToHelp I don't usually post about complaints but it means sth if I post. For 3 months I requested to upgrade my membership and I don't think my home club did it till this day. EXPLAIN and EXECUTE?

@ClubsHereToHelp Hi- my husband's work began a program with NYSC, so we switched our membership to that program. My old membership was supposed to be cancelled in Sept. at the same time as my husband's. The employee who said the cancellation was taken care of is no longer there.

@ClubsHereToHelp Is having hot water in the locker room a requirement of a club or nice to have? Rock Center has not had hot water for 3 weeks. Response when asked “we emailed the building and they know” and when discussed with Dave - Head of Corporate Sales, “not my job”

@ClubsHereToHelp hello. Very upset my "lock-in" fee was raised $15 without my knowledge or consent. I would like my $15 credited to me ASAP. This isn't a professional way to treat a member who has been going there for 14+ years.
