I'm doing production design for The Odyssey and was instructed to gender queer the Trojan horse. I've redesigned it as an 80ft tall My Little Pony, with a camp 70's sitcom voice, that keeps blurting out stuff like "Ooh! It's been a while since I've had a soldier in my back end"

I know we’re all glued to British politics, but the truly heroic Sall gets her judgment tomorrow. If she loses and the federal court comes out with some gender nonsense it will be really important to publicise and promote her crowd funder for the High Court. (And please don’t read anything into that, I think she should win on the law, just being a cautious lawyer)

The Supreme Court made it crystal clear that all men (yes, that includes ‘transwomen’) can be excluded from women-only spaces. Men with magical lady feelz can even be excluded from men-only spaces
A tribunal yesterday found that men have ***no express legal right*** to use women-only spaces, and that granting them this access = harassment and discrimination against women

I spoke about vulnerable witnesses/parties in family proceedings yesterday and I will link to the text in the reply if this is something that interests you.
I make this point. I have run my website since 2014 at my own expense. I attempt to present accurate and up to date information for all those navigating family proceedings. The Good Law Project however used it as a 'gotcha' to show that I was identifiable as a barrister, which I have never, ever denied.
It is interesting to ponder our respective commitments to an accurate presentation and discussion of the law.

It has been a hugely anxious wait knowing that Worboys was up for parole again. The relief I feel knowing that he will remain behind bars is hard to put into words. Women and girls across Britain are safer as a result of this decision.

Excellent news just in. John Worboys was up for parole this week but we have just been told that the Parole Board member did not direct release or recommend a move to open conditions.
