They imported immigrants by the millions without building housing increasing demand which increased the cost. So yes it is the fault of poor immigration policy but I wouldn't expect a socialist to understand anything about economics.

Traders push Bitcoin's price in the final seconds to decide the contract. That push makes the price less informative, yet Bitcoin's market more liquid. Market makers are largely insulated; ordinary traders lose $7.6M in two months.

People love to opine on whether they would have opposed slavery in the 19th century. A far more useful question is whether you would have opposed nuclear power in the 1960s, and it’s basically perfectly predicted by your attitude towards data centers today. MORE DATA CENTERS!

Realizing crime is bad has been my biggest political growth the last 5 years Even if we spent more on enforcing fair evading than we get on missing fairs, that would be fine. People seeing people regularly jump fares without consequences makes people angry and more conservative
