I read the script and unfortunately the main character dies 4 minutes in and that's the end of the movie, audience just stares at a screen saying YOU DIED for the next hour and a half.

Don't get me wrong. I love both sides of the character, to me they are the same. When I read a grounded batman story or something to its highest level of fantastical like the current Worlds Finest, I LOVE them both.
But the complaints have no real basis except for jingling keys

What is with these die hard fantastical batman stans that just cant help but shit on ANY iteration of the character that isn't the mainline version. Even if the version shown is completely accurate to the virtues and characterisation of the Batman and his supporting cast. -
