In the project MeMBrane, the tolerance to ethanol was investigated out of a set of 64 baker’s yeast strains. Contrarily to the established hypothesis, outstandingly tolerant yeast presents a more fluid plasma membrane structure: bit.ly/3qZ1WLq #renewablecarbon #MeMBrane
