Oregon! IMO! They never really wanted to end vote by mail! It was just a psyop! If they wanted to end vote by mail, the people behind IP37 did not focus on building a larger coalition, rather, they seem to have only been sabotaging their own stated efforts! At every turn, they involved themselves in maligning candidates in the primary and attacking most of the base that they needed support from to pass it, while supporting a candidate that will lose to Kotek!
