The Ralph L. Carr Judicial Center office tower, which suffered significant fire and water damage in January, has reopened to the public. After months of mitigation, repair & cleaning, floors 1 and 2 are now open Mon. to Fri., 8 to 5. Access to floors 8-12 is by appointment only.
