This criticism is directed at @loosewomen, who turned Violet Affleck's speech at the UN, into a conversation about health anxiety.

A lot of the random posters are just sick people who are sharing published research. But if you need to hear it from someone official, here is Tedros two weeks before the WHO ended the PHEIC.

You would think if we were actually learning that COVID is aerosolized death and that it was destroying every facet of the body constantly, actual doctors and medical researchers would be the ones raising alarms on social media and not just random posters

Thank you Professor Tamsin Ford- Chair of Psychiatry @Cambridge_Uni who, with a team of 32 experts state that there is no evidence ADHD is being over diagnosed. Calling out ‘Alarmist rhetoric’ by politicians. cam.ac.uk/research/news/… @DHSCgovuk @ION_Diversity @ADHDUKcharity

COVID is not “just a cold.” Even mild or asymptomatic infections can cause lasting health effects, damaging blood vessels and organs, affecting the brain, and weakening the immune system. Reduce possible harm by avoiding infection and reinfection — preventing COVID is possible through measures such as masking, ventilation, testing and vaccination.

Clip from BBC Politics North:
A GP describes how #LongCovid ended her career after she needed a wheelchair within a year of contracting the virus.
She says patients are being forgotten by politicians and the NHS as the last dedicated clinic in the area prepares to close.

Every now and again, psychiatrists answer a question.
Q: "Have you ever cured any of your patients?"
Psychiatrist #1: "Uh, there's no cure in psychiatry, unfortunately."
Q: "How many patients have you cured?"
Psychiatrist #2: "The question is tricky. I haven't cured anyone because there's no cure in mental illness."
While psychiatrists admit they aren't curing patients, what we do know is many of the people "treated" are being made into patients for life.
Psychiatry: no science, no cures. #mentalhealth #MentalHealthMatters #MentalHealthAwareness #psychiatry

“Experts” like Timimi push 'de-diagnosing' ADHd while 700,000 wait up to 10 years on NHS lists because of underfunding.
Rather than take responsibility, the government and culture-war warriors want to invalidate suffering and gaslight our diagnoses away.
We have more diagnosed because of awareness, not because people are shopping for “trendy” labels.
My ADHD isn't trendy - it's torture.

People with ADHD have what’s called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It’s an extreme emotional response to perceived criticism or rejection.
Your brain can’t regulate the emotional pain, so a small comment feels like a devastating attack. A minor correction feels like total failure. Someone’s tone feels like hatred.
It’s not oversensitivity. It’s not being dramatic. Your brain literally can’t modulate the intensity of that emotional response.
It’s neurological, not a character flaw.

You’re right The Sunday Times! Now keep going! Say it after me:
“Billions in tax-payer money is being funnelled out of the NHS in various ways, because politicians are turning the NHS into a cash-cow for private shareholders.”

From the age of fourteen, Fiona Goddard was the victim of sustained abuse by grooming gangs while living in a children's home in Bradford. In 2019, nine men were convicted of sexual offences against her and jailed.
This week, Fiona was told that her applications for compensation had been rejected by Bradford Council and West Yorkshire Police.
