I'd think particularly for a low income person 4 days and nearly $200 is crazy. And yes this pertains to @Co_Power_/@energylocals I request bills by post because there's no other way I'd see them otherwise. The only exception is @Optus texting me. I do see that.

@kristin8X So here's a fun one for you. Electricity bill, issued 14 days before due date, takes 10 days to reach me demanding $174 in 4 days......thankfully I've already logged in and realised and handled said bill but you'd have to argue 4 days is basically no notice.
