Djafar Silimana - 2026 With his tremendous size, there isn’t anyone that can bully him down low but he is also able to step up and guard wings on the perimeter. Djafar is a monster on the boards and a beast in the paint on both sides of the ball. His biggest impacts stood out as a interior deterrence and a pick-and-roll finisher. He dunked just about everything and what he didn’t was shown that he could turn off either shoulder. He takes up so much space that helps his shooters have more room than they usually would. The Next Jump: He displayed he could hit the three but was still hesitant to shoot as his shot was too slow. If he could learn how to speed up those spot up shots at the top of the key, it will make his roll easier to get set.

To my Head Coaching Friends: Please dont listen to any critics in regards to : 1) Your style of coaching 2) Your scheme designs 3) Your substitution patterns etc etc etc. YOU know YOUR team better than any outsider, fan, parent, kid etc. Ignore the noise. It is part of the job.
