NFL playoff scheduling is not fair. It might produce good ratings but it’s not fair. This late in the season recovery time is crucial and it is not given equally. Rams & Bears played Saturday games. They will face each other on Sunday with an extra day of rest. 49ers played on Sunday and will face Seattle on Saturday-short week of recovery. Why? In the AFC the Bills will have to travel to Denver on a short week. Why? Because there’s a Monday night AFC Wild Card game. The Texans play Pittsburgh. The winner will automatically have a short week and travel to New England. Why? Several years ago the league did away with Monday Night games in Week 18 of the regular season because it created a disadvantage if one of those teams made the playoffs. Now we create that disadvantage. The Wild Card round should be 3 games on Saturday and 3 games on Sunday. Then try to schedule the Divisional games so the teams have equal rest. Don’t force San Francisco, Buffalo and Houston or Pittsburgh to play the most important game of their season on a short week just for TV ratings. That is not fair!

The following is a post someone made to People Magazine that puts it all into perspective. She was a 37-year-old woman, a mother of three kids. It’s the middle of a work week. The father of those children is deceased. She is her children’s only living parent. The one job she has above every cause, every protest, every headline, is getting home to her kids. And what is she doing instead? She’s out of state, in the street, in her car, blocking federal agents who are doing their job. Her partner is right there, too, filming her like this is some brave little documentary moment. Around them: whistles blaring, people yelling, pure chaos…manufactured chaos, so agents can’t do their lawful duty. Her window is down. She hears the orders. She understands the orders. She ignores the orders. I think this person sums it up perfectly Then, she puts the car in reverse. Still doesn’t comply. Then, she puts it in drive, NOT park! She moves forward into the agent. Now, put yourself in the agent’s shoes for half a second. A driver is already in an unlawful act and refusing commands in a hostile, chaotic scene, and now that driver uses a vehicle to move toward you. You get a split second. You don’t get the luxury of “Maybe she’s just stressed.” You have to assume the worst. You have to think of protecting other people because if you assume the best and you’re wrong, you don’t go home and maybe others are injured or killed. So, the agent fires after she makes an intentional and aggressive move toward him, because he has no idea what her intentions are, and she just demonstrated she’s willing to escalate. Now…imagine her three kids. At school,…sitting there like any other day. Not knowing their mother is out playing street-hero games for criminals. She didn’t think about them. She didn’t think, “If I get arrested, who picks my babies up?” She didn’t think, “If I get hurt, who takes care of them?” She didn’t think, “If I die, who raises them?” She thought about protecting criminals. She thought about interfering with federal agents. She thought about the camera. She thought about the crowd. She thought about the moment. There is no amount of evidence, money, tears on TV, or news spin that can make this make sense. As a mother: NOTHING about this makes sense. At minimum, she knew her actions could get her arrested. And, she still chose it. She chose strangers. She chose chaos. She chose lawlessness. Make it make sense, because the only thing I see is three kids who just got abandoned by the only parent they had left, not by accident… but by a series of deliberate choices.

Five Left-wing narratives instantly crumble with the body cam footage: 1) Renee was terrified for her life. She absolutely was NOT. She was smiling and taunting officers. Literally zero fear. 2) The officer was not hit. Clearly, he was hit HARD. 3) Renee didn't know who the officers were. Clearly false from the new footage, they knew EXACTLY who they were. 4) Renee was peacefully trying to leave the scene. Clearly not, she slammed on the accelerator directly into the officer, even when she had nearly a full minute to leave the scene prior to him being in front of the car. 5) Renee wasn't involved in any ICE-related activities. Instantly proven false. The wife/partner in the video clearly states they are going to harass ICE "later". What is beyond insane to me is that the Renee's partner screams for her "Drive! Drive!" when law enforcement commands her to exit the car. Absolutely horrifying to watch.

1) I don’t think the woman was trying to murder the cop. I don’t think the cop should have shot the woman. It is obviously sad the woman was killed. She was being insane, yes, but she was an American citizen protesting something she believes in. 2) That being said, watching the video from multiple angles, I think the cop was more than justified in shooting the woman. 3) This is exactly why you don’t fuck around with cops. They have no way of knowing your intentions, mental state, etc., and they deal with people who try to kill them every day. They don’t have the luxury of asking a committee to review the situation before reacting. Watching a video in slow motion on your phone from multiple angles after the fact is very different from making a split second decision in the moment. 4) We simply cannot live in a society where people feel like they can fuck around with impunity and never find out. If a cop stops you and asks for ID you fucking comply. Period. If you want to fight the charge do it in court later with a lawyer. This is simply a prerequisite for a civilized society. The cop COULD have chosen not to fire, and arguably SHOULD have chosen not to fire, but the woman’s death is still 100% her own fault for not acting like a reasonable, responsible human being while operating a 2000 lb vehicle. 5) I put the blame here on the far left who have clearly been stoking anti-ICE sentiment for some time hoping something like this would happen so they could weaponize it and I’m sure they hope to incite some nationwide GF-level anti-ICE riot. 6) I don’t love the ICE raids. I don’t like illegal immigration, but I think deportations should be 100% focused on violent criminals and drug traffickers. I don’t think we gain much as a society by hunting down every single innocent law abiding person who’s here illegally. Yes they are breaking the law but with limited resources and political capital to spend on immigration enforcement it endangers the broader mission without making society meaningfully better.

I want every ICE officer to know that their president, vice president, and the entire administration stands behind them. To the radicals assaulting them, doxxing them, and threatening them: congratulations, we're going to work even harder to enforce the law.

The entire Democrat Party ceases to exist without taxpayer money, election fraud, and the mass importation of foreigners. It’s a 20% Party without those things. Understand that and you’ll understand why they fight so hard for those things. Their entire existence is on the line.

I can’t believe what things have come to in the NFL. John Harbaugh has coached the Baltimore Ravens for 18 years. He took them to the playoffs 12 times. He won a Super Bowl for them. The last 4 years they were 10-7, 13-4, 12-5, 8-9. They made the playoffs 3 straight years and missed this year because their kicker missed the game winning FG on the last play of the season. And he was fired???? I’m sorry but I don’t understand. Good luck Baltimore in finding a better coach.

So the Jets will have the No. 2 pick in the draft. Obviously, Dante Moore's decision is huge. If he declares, Jets would be guaranteed Moore or Mendoza. Everyone assumes it's Mendoza to the Raiders, but you never know. A lot can happen in the pre-draft process. If Moore stays in school, the Jets will get the best non-QB in the class. Arvell Reese? Peter Woods? Reuben Bain? #Jets
