We’ve had one…we’ve had two….but THREE over 50 feet in shot put in the same meet is a 1st for our program in at least 20-25 years…long before @CoachHarney77 and I began coaching T&F. So proud of these guys for continuing to excel and build our Throws program. #northside

@BadmintonTalk 34m high school PE teacher here. I want to continue playing at a high level for as long as possible. Over the past few years I’ve been playing thru significant tennis elbow and I’m worried about the longevity of my career. Do you have any advice for me?

He told me earlier in the week that you can't block someone that is 2 feet off the ground. Leverage is a huge part of his game. So damn strong, too.

Credit to Goff so far, dude is slinging…and fantastic play calling from DC. DL (as a whole) playing noticeably better today as well. This @Lions team wouldn’t have lost 8 games.
NOW…the dreaded 3rd quarter…can we continue to play well and overcome the Bears’ adjustments?
