“But coach I don’t have time for breakfast.” Grab and go protein options to power up your day with! A great second breakfast option to pair with fruit! 💪

👟XC athletes often report "not being able to eat or feeling hungry" before morning practice. 🗣️We have and continue to coach several XC athletes at both the HS and college level. We help busy student-athletes find ways to eat more protein, carbs, and calories . 👇6 simple no-cook protein + carb pairings to fuel your next early morning practice! NO EXCUSE not to eat something + hydrate before practice.

🏈 Champions are built in the off-season!Are your athletes consistently eating a minimum of 3 meals daily? Start working on your nutrition NOW so you can build championship habits for a championship season this fall! I am looking forward to upcoming spring presentations with high school and college programs that want to get dialed in before summer camp! 📞

"Parents-they don't want their children to hurt or to be uncomfortable. And that is probably the very thing that hurts their children. In order for you to really grow and be successful, you have to hurt & be uncomfortable. It fuels you to continue to work on doing your best."

4 reasons you should add in 🍒juice: 🍒Reducing muscle soreness: Tart cherry juice is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which may help reduce muscle soreness after intense exercise or endurance activities. 🍒Improved recovery: The antioxidants in tart cherry juice, particularly anthocyanins, may help reduce oxidative stress and muscle damage, promoting faster recovery. 🍒Better sleep: The melatonin content in tart cherries may help improve sleep quality, which is crucial for recovery and athletic performance. 🍒Reduced inflammation: Regular consumption of tart cherry juice can aid in reducing systemic inflammation, potentially improving overall athletic performance and reducing the risk of injury.

0/5 in receiving public recognition for National Athletic Training Month each year from employers, but that is not who I do it for or what I do it for. Maybe next year will be different 🫶🏻.

Here’s how you can support athletic trainers and show appreciation for everything they do: 1. Say Thank You – A simple “thank you” goes a long way. Take time to recognize the athletic trainers in your life. 2. Spread Awareness – Share posts, stories, and facts about what athletic trainers do to help educate others. 3. Advocate for AT Coverage – Support policies and initiatives that ensure schools, teams, and workplaces have access to qualified athletic trainers. 4. Recognize Their Expertise – Remember, athletic trainers are healthcare professionals, not just “trainers.” They are educated, certified, and crucial to injury prevention and recovery. 5. Support Safe Sports – Advocate for proper safety protocols and resources for athletic trainers at all levels of play, from youth leagues to professional teams. 6. Celebrate Their Work – Nominate an athletic trainer for an award, write a note of appreciation, or even just bring them a coffee to say thanks! Athletic trainers do so much to keep athletes healthy and active — let’s show up for them this month. #NationalAthleticTrainingMonth #NATM2025 #ChampionsInHealthCare
