MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Ashley Prim is in her fourth season as an Assistant Coach for Women’s Basketball at Saint Joseph’s University, her alma mater where she starred at point guard. Recently promoted to Recruiting Coordinator, she leads all aspects of recruiting strategy and travel while contributing to guard development, scouting, academic advising, and departmental Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Since joining the staff in 2022, the Hawks have compiled a 72-27 record over her first three seasons, including a program-record 28-win campaign in 2023-24. A 2013 graduate and former Atlantic 10 champion, the Bridgeport, CT native brings professional playing experience and a demonstrated record of player development to the program.
