Be proud of what you’ve earned. Just don’t let it become who you are. Celebrate the promotion. Appreciate the recognition. Enjoy the wins. You worked hard for them. But remember… Success is rented, not owned. And the rent is due every single day. The highest performers I’ve been around carry quiet confidence. They know what they’re capable of, but they never act like they’re above the work, above the team, or above learning. Pride should fuel gratitude. Humility should fuel growth. Be confident enough to acknowledge your accomplishments. Be humble enough to know there’s always another level to reach.

The disappointment of failure doesn’t hurt as bad as the regret of not even trying.

It’s OK to be content with what you have… but never with who you are.

Pressure exposes culture. Pressure exposes mindset. Pressure exposes preparation. Pressure exposes leadership. Do the work. Be who you say you are.

Dear God, As we start our day and a new week, I thank you for this week and for the gift of life. Lord, I ask that you please send your provision to watch and protect me this week, please keep me safe, and guide me. May I be at the right place at the right time in the right way to live out my purpose. May your presence be with me, never leaving my side. God, I pray that you give me ears to hear when the Holy Spirit speaks. Free me now from every spirit that is not from you, that invades my thoughts. Free me from the spirit of unbelief. Help me to believe more and more in you! I desire to hear you Lord and want to be connected more to you!
