Just because you have something doesn't mean you have to do it. Because you have to think of your roster value. . . I think having some guys that can redshirt. I think one of the great values was Bryce (Jackson) redshirting (this last season). Chase McCarty redshirting (the year before). Justin Gorham redshirting. Chris Harris redshirting... @_Shanteeee_ You're welcome Shante! To maintain or weight weight, your protein needs to be around a gram per bodyweight in pounds. So if you weight 150lbs and wants to gain or maintain you need to consume at least 150g of protein.

@_Shanteeee_ @IAmShannonAli This is really common—gaining/maintaining isn’t just eating more. It’s consistent calories, enough protein, and lifting. Too much cardio + low protein can cancel it out 💪🏽
