My boys officially signed. A whole package deal heading to Arkansas Baptist. That whole line played incredible last year, so now it's time to see what they can accomplish on the next level.

Push, Pull, Redirect. Pass pro drill to emphasize defeating three moves from a defensive lineman. We’re using a weighted pole to stabilize the core and force us to play with tight elbows. Can also do this drill with pads for another realistic look.
