A team's culture becomes stronger when a player reminds another player: "𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙏'𝙎 𝙉𝙊𝙏 𝙃𝙊𝙒 𝙒𝙀 𝘿𝙊 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙎 𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙀"

When older players are willing to help out younger players... When starters are willing to help out their backups... When everyone cares about each other's success as much as their own... That's when you know you have a championship culture! #CultureMatters

PARENTS: Don't build your happiness around your kid’s athletic performance. If you get in a bad mood because they played bad, take a break from the game. Your kid needs to have tough performances to learn, not have great performances to make you feel good. 🗣️ @DrBhrettMcCabe

The foundation for championships are built in the off-season during the unseen hours. Work ethic is not situational. Champions put in the work whether they feel like it or not. Today's work is next year's results.

Discipline doesn't have to be a negative thing. Champions see discipline as an opportunity to get better. They see it as a necessary part to the growth process. Losers resent it because they see it as punishment. Discipline yourself and others won't have to discipline you.
